Cardiovascular Health Partners (CHP) is a heart and vascular care platform formed in November 2021 when PE investor Assured Healthcare Partners partnered with Oklahoma City-based CardioVascular Health Clinic, which operates eleven Oklahoma locations and one of the first cardiovascular-focused ASCs in the U.S. The platform was built to consolidate cardiology and vascular practices across the Central and Southern United States.
