Chicagoland Smile Group (CSG) is a Chicago-based dental support organization founded by Dr. Roshan Parikh that provides operations, HR, IT, billing, marketing and supply-chain support to affiliated general and specialty dental practices, growing from 12 to roughly 28 clinics across the Chicago metro. Shore Capital Partners recapitalized CSG in 2015 and rebranded the platform as Great Lakes Dental Partners; both legacy domains now redirect to Innovate 32.
