Federated Mutual Insurance Company (Federated Insurance) is a mutual property-casualty carrier founded in 1904 in Owatonna, Minnesota, writing commercial P&C, workers compensation, life, surety and bonding for select business niches across 49 states. It acquired Oklahoma surety writer Granite Re, Inc. effective January 1, 2017.
Why interesting to a deal team
